DESCRIPTION:Fasting is beneficial for body and soul. Those who fast see many things more clearly and, metaphorically speaking, actually „gain weight“ in some respects. Those who fast find themselves closer to their own center and anchor themselves anew in the Other. Fasting is also possible in everyday life. Therefore, we will fast for one week from Sunday, April 23, to Sunday, April 30, and meet daily in the evening to discuss and meditate together.\nProgram of the Fasting Week\nSunday (April 23) to Friday (April 28): Daily meetings at 7:15 p.m.\nSaturday, April 29: Hike\nSunday, April 30: 10 a.m. Mass with breaking of the fast.\nAt the info meeting you will learn about\n– …how fasting and the fasting week at aki work.\n– …what fasting involves.\n– …what the medical requirements are for someone to be allowed to fast for a week.\nStudents and younger adults up to 35 years of age can participate.
