Reaping What We Sow. From Seed To Ratatouille!

~ Online workshop as part of the sustainability week 2021 ~

The online workshop will be conducted twice on Thursday: 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

With the help of recycled packaging materials (e.g. toilet paper rolls, PET plastic bottles, cans etc.) we plant the seeds for our collective ratatouille. A package with soil and seeds will be delivered to your door by mail prior to the workshop.

Whether your seeds will grow into peppers, a courgette/zucchini, or an aubergine you’ll find out in summer.

After 6 weeks, we invite you to plant your seedling in the raised garden bed in the aki garden (right next to ETH). Here you can observe the seedlings grow into a large and colourful vegetable patch. In summer, we will prepare and enjoy a delicious ratatouille together. We look forward to many participants in our ratatouille project!
